Having played the top three holes the descent now begins. The tee to the 12th is elevated by about 60 - 80 feet. As a result, you only have to pitch the ball over the road half way down the hill and the ball will carry to the bottom. Hookers beware, from tee to green all the way down the left hand side is out of bounds.
